Part-Time Care Assistant — Supportive, Resident-Focused

Bedford Borough Council is seeking a Care Assistant to provide care to residents to the highest standard in accordance with assessed and planned needs.

You will support the physical and emotional needs of residents to enable them to maintain maximum independence in a safe environment. Working part-time 21 hours per week, you will cover 3 x 7-hour shifts per week, including mornings, afternoons and every other weekend, on a rolling 4 week rota.
