The Connaught by Maybourne Hotel Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join the Hélène Darroze Pastry Kitchen in Mayfair. You will work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef to produce an indulgent range of desserts, petit fours, and patisserie with the finest ingredients.
You will train Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, manage your section with an organized approach, and contribute to maintaining the high standards of a luxury hotel pastry team in a prestigious property.
