The Role
Build, lead and scale a recruitment division – you tell us where your expertise lies.
- Drive strategic business development across your preferred markets.
- Lead, coach and mentor consultants to high performance.
- Own divisional P&L, growth strategy and market positioning.
- Deliver revenue, performance and expansion targets.
What we are looking for
- Proven success recruiting in your specialist sector.
- Strong personal billings and a track record of winning and growing accounts.
- Experience leading a team or clear readiness to step into leadership.
- Commercial intelligence and confidence running a profitable P&L.
- A proactive, strategic approach to business development.High standards, pace and ambition.
