Maintenance Technician – Safe, Welcoming Buildings (Mon–Fri)

Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support The Brook with daily building upkeep and safety, covering 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday on a rota, 8am–6pm.

As the go-to maintenance expert, you will handle routine fixes, planned preventative tasks and ensure statutory compliance, while managing external waste bins and contributing to a welcoming living environment for residents.
