Grounds Maintenance Technician – Career Growth & Training

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Burton-upon-Trent. The role involves grass cutting using ride‑on and pedestrian mowers, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, bin cleansing and litter collection.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:00–16:30, with a focus on safety and outdoor duties, offering development in a supportive team environment.
