Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist three adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in their own home. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support with daily living tasks and personal care where needed, enabling each person to pursue personal goals with dignity and independence.
No prior qualifications are required as full training is provided; you will join a caring, supportive team and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive home environment with activities
