Chef de Partie – Seafront Kitchen, Fast-Paced & Fresh

Nightcap PLC is seeking a Chef de Partie for Brighton i360, a busy seaside venue where daytime café service, private events and seasonal trading keep the kitchen you busy. You’ll work with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards across all operations.

You’ll bring proven experience in a fast-paced professional kitchen, strong food prep and cooking skills, good hygiene knowledge and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. The role offers £12.50–£13.50 per hour plus service charge.
