To support the continued success of this location, we’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join us. Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and foster loyalty to the brand.
- Actively contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Advise customers on our products and share expertise to meet their needs.
- Support the maintenance of the brand’s visual identity and merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and general operational tasks.
- Ensure internal procedures and company guidelines are applied at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and engaging store environment.
Requirements and Skills
- Strong passion for sales, excellent presentation and elocution skills, and natural interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, organised, rigorous, and versatile to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good command of IT tools.
- Fluency in French is an advantage.
- Ability to work two Sundays a month.
- 35‑hour permanent contract.
- Maturity to uphold attitudes and behaviours associated with good manners, maintaining a respectful, harmonious and high‑performance workplace.
