Principal Solution Architect

In this role, you will lead the architecture and design efforts for our IT solutions, overseeing the entire delivery portfolio. You will be responsible for producing and reviewing design artifacts for OSS solutions generated by both internal and external teams, ensuring they align with end‑state architecture and regulatory frameworks while maximizing reusability. You will facilitate solution alignment across multiple business units, particularly where product consumption chains exist, and will integrate OSS, processes, operations, and network to create a cohesive and efficient architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for IT solutions, overseeing the delivery portfolio.
• Produce and review design artifacts for OSS solutions, ensuring alignment with end‑state architecture and regulatory frameworks.
• Maximize reusability of design artifacts across teams.
• Facilitate solution alignment across multiple business units, especially where product consumption chains exist.
• Integrate OSS, processes, operations, and network into a cohesive architecture.
• Work with the Customer’s Enterprise Architect to define overall OSS strategy and architecture.
• Generate supplementary Solution Architecture roadmaps and detailed guidance for Solution Design.
• Create reference blueprints/models covering business capabilities, process models, and data models.
• Ensure compliance of IT solutions and architecture artifacts with Business Vision, Enterprise Architecture blueprints, technology and infrastructure roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading end‑to‑end architecture and design of IT solutions.
• Strong background in Fulfillment, Assurance, Plan & Build, and application portfolio simplification.
• Proven track record of driving application portfolio simplification.
• Excellent collaboration skills; ability to work closely with the Customer’s Enterprise Architect.
• Proficiency in creating reference blueprints/models covering business capabilities, process models, and data models.
• Strong focus on business objectives and ability to navigate complex architectural challenges.
• Experience with OSS, Network OSS, and related technologies.
