The RSPCA West Hatch Animal Centre is seeking an Animal Care Assistant Apprentice on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. You will help care for rescued animals, assist with rehabilitation, and prepare pets for adoption with patience and compassion.
The role involves 35 hours per week on a rolling 2‑week rota, with 20% of time dedicated to your qualification. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and the job may include working bank holidays and some weekend work.
