Pink Tile Education is recruiting Education Support Workers for a specialist SEMH school in Guildford, supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.
The Role:
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Build positive relationships and encourage engagement
- Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Help create a safe, structured and supportive environment
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams
We’re looking for:
- Experience with SEMH, SEND or behavioural needs
- A calm, resilient and proactive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in education, care, youth work, coaching or support work
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the school’s rural location
