Job Description:
Pilgrims Hospices is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to deliver compassionate, holistic care to patients with life-limiting illnesses. You will support comfort, dignity and wellbeing within a large multidisciplinary team in a warm, collaborative environment.
You will perform personal care, basic nursing tasks, records management, and safe equipment handling, while complying with infection control and safety guidelines. Night and weekend shifts may be required.
