Qualities & Requirements
You don’t need previous experience or qualifications in care; what’s important is that you are passionate and motivated. You need:
- Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
- A positive and professional team working ethos
- Minimum 12 months of right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Full UK driving licence
- Alternating weekends are required
