Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our kitchen team at Mina’s London, a busy neighbourhood restaurant in Belgravia.
Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day tasks include preparing vegetables, weighing ingredients, following recipes, assembling dishes, and helping keep the kitchen clean and organised.
Qualifications
You don’t need to be a formally trained chef, but some kitchen experience and a good work ethic are important. We’re looking for someone serious about the job who wants stability and to be part of a team, not just something short term.
Our kitchen team is very international and friendly, with people from Brazil, Ukraine, the UK and other backgrounds. Someone who enjoys working in a diverse team and integrates easily will fit in very well.
Schedule & Pay
Typical schedule is four double shifts per week with three days off, usually around 11:00 am to 10:30 pm. Flexibility is important as shifts may adapt depending on business needs.
Pay: £14–£14.50 per hour depending on experience.
