Link-Force Ltd is recruiting for a Contract Digger Driver on behalf of a reputable Residential Construction company located in Oxfordshire. This role involves operating 360 machinery to assist in excavation and groundwork tasks, supporting safety, efficiency, and project progress on site.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate 360 machinery on site
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to risk assessments
- Carry out routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
- Assist with excavation and groundwork tasks to keep projects on schedule
- Communicate effectively with site team and adapt to changing site needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 360 Driver in a construction environment
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Card for 360 Excavator operation
- Knowledge of site safety procedures and risk assessments
- Ability to undertake routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work
