Head of Second-Line Assurance – Strategy & Oversight

MERJE is seeking an experienced professional to lead a modern Second Line Assurance function in Greater Manchester. This role involves designing and implementing a risk-based assurance framework, working closely with Executive leadership to ensure governance effectiveness.

As the Second Line Assurance leader, you’ll develop assurance plans, conduct thematic reviews, and provide oversight to strengthen the organization’s control environment. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in risk and compliance within regulated settings.
