People Development Specialist – L&D

Essex & Kent Police is seeking a dynamic Talent Management professional to support Learning & Development and HR functions across Kent and Essex. The role involves delivering development opportunities for staff and officers, enabling growth and improved organisational delivery.

You will work closely with Learning & Development, HR, Operational teams, Finance, Positive Action and Senior Leaders to drive strategic talent initiatives and succession planning across both forces.
