Student Support & Wellbeing Specialist

Ringwood School is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to support students facing challenges, build strong relationships and create an environment where learners can thrive. The role is term-time only, 37 hours per week, with a permanent contract and school day patterns from 8am to 4pm (Fridays 8am-3:30pm).

You will work as part of a supportive team, provide tailored interventions, and collaborate with staff, parents and external agencies, upholding safeguarding at all times.
