Outdoor Learning Lead: Bushcraft & Forest School

Charles Read Academy in Corby Glen, Grantham, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to lead Bushcraft and Forest School interventions for Key Stages 3 and 4. The role blends learning support with outdoor education to help students overcome barriers and build confidence.

You will plan sessions, support vulnerable learners, foster an inclusive outdoor environment, monitor progress, and collaborate with SENDCo and staff.
