Ribbons & Reeves is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to support Year 8 and Year 9 students in Barnet, starting in September 2026. This role focuses on delivering targeted academic support in a specialist ARP setting, helping students with Autism and additional needs.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology or Education, strong A-Level results, and a calm, adaptable approach. You will work closely with the leadership team to gain essential hands-on experience and prepare for teacher training.
