Mobile Care Assistant — Flexible, Field‑Based Senior Care

McCarthy Stone is seeking passionate Care Assistants to join our mobile care team in Ashby-de-la-Zouch and surrounding areas. You’ll travel between developments, providing personal care and domestic support to older homeowners, with full training provided where needed.

The role includes evening and weekend hours, a £14.50 per hour base rate with extra pay for evenings (£0.30) and weekends (£1.30), plus a probation bonus of £300. Mileage is paid at 43p per mile.
