In-Home Palliative Care Assistant

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Community Healthcare Assistant to join the North Coastal cluster. The role involves delivering nursing care to patients in their own homes, including end‑of‑life care, with a shift pattern from 8am to 10pm and 7.5-hour shifts.

You must travel daily across Cornwall to reach patients and locations. Experience in care and an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required, with training in venepuncture or willingness to undertake it.
