Quarry Shift Supervisor: Lead Safety & Production

Tunstead Quarry is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead quarry, crushing and processing operations on a 4 on 4 off 12‑hour shift pattern. You will drive safety, coordinate shift teams and manage production targets while delivering clear handovers and robust reporting.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in quarrying or heavy industries, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork and continuous improvement. IOSH Managing Safely or SHE NVQ are preferred qualifications.
