Swinning Teachers – Flexible Hours Available

Be part of something special at East Riding Leisure Goole.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at the brand-new East Riding Leisure Goole as we prepare to launch our expanded swimming lesson programme.

This is more than just a swimming teacher role. It is your chance to be part of a major investment in leisure services for the Goole community and to help shape a brand-new programme from the very beginning. As one of our Swimming Teachers, you will play a key role in helping hundreds of children and adults develop confidence in the water, learn vital life skills and enjoy swimming in a modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and qualified Swimming Teachers who are passionate about delivering outstanding lessons and creating a positive experience for every customer.

A flexible opportunity that works around you!

We understand that everyone is looking for something different.

You may be looking for a few additional hours alongside your current role, or you may be seeking a substantial teaching commitment each week. We can offer both.

Unlike many swimming teacher vacancies, we are not looking for people to commit to a rigid working pattern. Instead, we are seeking talented teachers who can help us cover a variety of sessions throughout the week.

You could choose to work:

  • Monday evenings only
  • Tuesday and Thursday evenings
  • Wednesday and Saturday
  • Saturday mornings only
  • Daytime lessons during the week
  • Multiple days across the week
  • A mix of daytime, evening and weekend sessions

Whether you can offer one shift or multiple shifts, we would love to hear from you.

Our priority is ensuring all sessions are covered, so we will work with successful applicants wherever possible to create a teaching schedule that works for both you and the needs of the programme.
