Youth Residential Caregiver for Complex Needs

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to support young people aged 8 to 18 with complex needs. You will work under supervision to provide physical, emotional and personal care and promote welfare in partnership with families and professionals.

The role is based at 18 Tipton Road, a safe, nurturing environment where staff respond to challenging behaviour and support learning, development and daily living skills in a collaborative team setting.
