Behaviour Support TA – Calm, Small-Group Learning

Pink Tile Education Ltd in Chichester is seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with pupils in an alternative provision. You will support routines, emotional regulation, confidence and engagement, building relationships and staying calm during challenging moments.

Roles available include temporary, permanent and temp-to-permanent, with ASAP or September start. The provision supports pupils who faced challenges in mainstream settings and requires a patient, resilient TA to help
