Deliver a well‑structured basketball programme focused on progression and development of pupils, while maintaining a positive image of the Centre and providing first‑class customer service.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality coaching sessions for a variety of ages and abilities.
- Increase programme numbers and improve coaching standards.
- Set up and maintain equipment, ensuring a safe training environment.
- Provide a welcoming, friendly, and encouraging atmosphere for all participants.
- Handle customer queries and support community engagement.
- Promote the Centre’s values and uphold a professional service.
Qualifications
- UKCC Level 2 or higher basketball coaching qualification.
- First Aid qualification.
- Experience coaching in a community setting.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong customer‑service focus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
