Youth Support & Independent Living Coach

Turning Point UK in Leyland is seeking a Youth Support Worker to help young people in supported accommodation thrive, manage finances, and develop independent living skills.

You will develop, implement and review individual support plans, support budgets and rents, and maintain daily records while coordinating with landlords and a range of professionals to achieve positive outcomes for Young People. A NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Social Care or Housing is preferred.
