Creative Classroom Teaching Assistant – Year 3/4
Location: Middlesbrough Start Date: January 2027 Contract: Long-Term
Are you a creative, enthusiastic, and energetic Teaching Assistant who loves bringing learning to life?
We are looking for a Creative Classroom Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Middlesbrough from January 2027. Working within a mixed Year 3/4 class, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils through imaginative, engaging, and hands‑on learning experiences.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box, building strong relationships with children, and helping to create a classroom where every pupil feels inspired to learn.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working within a primary school setting.
- Be creative, proactive, and full of fresh ideas to engage and motivate pupils.
- Support the class teacher in delivering exciting and interactive lessons.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and independence.
- Be flexible, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to the needs of the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
