Project Manager: Building Safety & Major Works Lead

PA Housing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a varied portfolio of building maintenance, major works and building safety projects. You will oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, quality and resident satisfaction.

The role is fixed-term until 30 September 2027, with hybrid working and a focus on delivering safe, compliant homes. Leicester-based role with a strong emphasis on customer outcomes and collaboration with residents and contractors.
