SEMH Behavioural Mentor – 1:1 Student Support

TipTopJob is seeking a Behavioural Support Assistant to support students with SEMH needs across Key Stage 3 and 4 in a secondary setting in Greater London.

The role is full-time, term-time, with a daily rate of £90–£95 and weekly pay. You will de‑escalate behaviours, mentor individuals and small groups, support inclusion, and work with SENCO and pastoral leads to implement individual behaviour plans.
