Wiltshire Council’s Emerald Team is seeking an adolescent support worker to help vulnerable young people at risk of exploitation or going missing. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to assess needs and deliver tailored support.
You will build trust with young people and families, coordinate action plans and manage a challenging caseload to reduce risks and avoid escalation to specialist services.
