Head of Outreach & Delivery: Scale Impact Digitally

Uptree is seeking a Head of Outreach and Delivery to lead programme delivery across the UK, grow our network of freelance facilitators, and ensure high quality, inclusive opportunities for young people.

You will own the end‑to‑end delivery on employer contracts, shape the digital marketing strategy, cultivate relationships with schools and hubs, and line-manage two Outreach and Delivery Managers through change, using AI and new tools to simplify work.
