Five Rivers Child Care is seeking an experienced People Partner on a 12‑month maternity cover contract to support our Children’s Residential Service. You will partner with operational leaders to provide practical, values-led people support across our residential homes.
You will advise on employee relations, absence, performance, engagement, workforce planning and organisational change, splitting time between head office in Salisbury and travel to homes nationwide.
