Job Description:
Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a Safeguarding & Pastoral Director to lead the academy’s safeguarding strategy and pastoral services. You will act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and ensure safeguarding is embedded across all practice, promoting a safe and inclusive culture where every student belongs.
You will manage the Pastoral Team, drive attendance and wellbeing initiatives, and coordinate with external agencies to support vulnerable students.
