Pub Assistant Manager: Lead Team and Create Experiences

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager at one of our Leeds pubs to join the management team and help run a busy operation. You will lead by example, ensuring customers and teams have a great time from the moment you step through the door.

You will support the General Manager, motivate and train the team, and uphold brand standards while maintaining high safety and service levels. A passion for delivering exceptional experiences and strong leadership will be essential.
