HR Assistant – Hybrid, Data-Driven Admin & HRIS Pro

Liberty Recruitment Group is supporting a well-established organisation in their search for an experienced HR Assistant to join on a permanent basis. The role is based in Southampton and offers a salary of circa £30K. It is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and minimal travel to London.

You will provide day-to-day HR administration, maintain accurate employee records, handle confidential information, support trainee qualifications, and assist Learning & Development with admin tasks.
