Community OT Flexible Contract Impactful Assessments

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our client on a temporary ongoing basis in a community setting. This contract is 2 weeks initially, with potential for extension, and is based on a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with competitive pay.

You will manage a community OT caseload, perform holistic assessments in clients’ homes, coordinate equipment and adaptations, support hospital discharge, and work with reablement and social care teams
