Apprentice Brewer | Level 4 Brewing Training & Lab Skills

St Austell Brewery is seeking a motivated Brewery Apprentice to join our Production team. This Level 4 Brewing apprenticeship provides on-the-job learning and formal training to become an independent brewer at entry level.

You’ll work alongside our Brewing and Laboratory teams, gain hands-on experience across the brewing process, perform quality checks and contribute to safe, high-quality beer production while completing the apprenticeship portfolio.
