Strategic Resourcing Partner | Workforce Planning Lead

TfGM is seeking an experienced Resourcing Partner (Strategic Workforce Planning) to join the People team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. You will work with senior leaders to identify future workforce needs, risks and priorities, translating business strategy into practical workforce plans across a diverse organisation.
