SEN Teaching Assistant — Specialist School (Term-Time)

NextGen Teachers is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant in Redhill, Surrey, to support children with SEND in a specialist school. The role focuses on 1:1 and small group support, building confidence and independent learning during term-time, with a 12-week temp-to-perm contract and a September 2026 start.

You’ll work alongside teachers, therapists and support staff to create a safe, inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive.
