Head Chef
Location: 81 Knightsbridge, SW1X 8ET, LondonPosition: Full‑time (Back of House, 45 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing kitchen brigade
- Deliver a refined, seasonal, and bespoke menu with precision and consistency
- Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Collaborate on menu development and evolving concepts
- Manage kitchen operations including cost control, ordering, and staffing
- Proven experience at senior level within premium or Michelin‑starred environments
- Creative, detail‑driven, and passionate about delivering excellence
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure with a commitment to consistency
- A deep understanding of modern luxury dining expectations
Contract & Salary
Contract: Full TimeSalary: £55K + performance‑based incentivesOpening times: 10:00 – 20:00 (Open 7 days a week)
