Key Role
In this key role working alongside genuine experts, you’ll be advising on complex, high value commercial disputes work including commercial contract and shareholder disputes with a clear focus on undertaking high quality work for high quality commercial clients.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Suitability: senior commercial disputes lawyer at senior associate or equivalent level with at least 8 years PQE+ and looking for a platform to progress to partnership.
- Advising on complex, high value commercial disputes work including commercial contract and shareholder disputes with a clear focus on high quality clients.
- Managing your own cases, providing strategic and commercial advice to clients and focusing on mainstream commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- Proven track record of managing your own cases, providing strategic and commercial advice to clients, with a strong focus on mainstream commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- Looking to join a firm able to offer an excellent throughput of quality work from the outset.
