SENDCO & Inclusion Lead — Secondary School

Education World Ltd’s partner secondary school in Redbridge is seeking an experienced SENDCO to drive SEND provision from September 2026, leading a dedicated Inclusion Department and ARP to support students with various needs.

The role requires QTS with NASENCO or working towards it, strong leadership, and a commitment to safeguarding, with collaboration among staff, families and external agencies to raise attainment.
