Lead Bartender – Craft Cocktails, Inspire & Own Bar Ops

Cafe Murano in London is seeking a Head Bartender to lead our bar operations with warmth and professionalism. You will deliver exceptional service, inspire the team, and bring extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits to the front of the bar.

You will own stock control, ordering and bar procedures, train and develop staff, and strive for excellence in presentation and guest experience in a quality-led setting.
