Senior Civil Estimator – Highways & Infrastructure

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Senior Estimator in Lancashire to take ownership of tenders from enquiry through to submission on highways and infrastructure projects. The role involves producing accurate, competitive estimates and building up costs across labour, plant and materials.

You will typically price Earthworks, Drainage, Ducting and Paving, manage 2–3 tenders per month, and work within a pre‑construction team on a mix of highway and infrastructure packages.
