  • Provide support and case management to service users on their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Engage with service users, offering guidance and building rapport to foster their recovery.
  • Utilise strong communication and IT skills to maintain and update records effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Recovery Coordinator or Recovery Worker is essential.
  • Strong understanding of substance misuse services and recovery-focused practice.
  • Proficiency in completing assessments, recovery planning, and managing cases.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with IT proficiency.
