Supported Housing & Life Skills Worker

Open Door North East in Tees Valley is seeking a compassionate and practical Support Worker to join their Supported Accommodation team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day housing-related support to residents living in ODNE managed homes.

Your responsibilities include assisting residents in understanding their tenancy and offering practical support to help them rebuild their lives towards greater independence. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with vulnerable individuals.
