Practice Team Assistant (3 x 12-Month FTC Roles)

The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious international law firm seeking three Practice Team Assistants to support busy legal teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build their career within a top tier legal setting.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a key role in supporting fee earners and PAs, including:

  • Delivering high quality, accurate work while managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Preparing, formatting and managing legal documents, including printing, scanning and filing
  • Assisting with billing processes, including pre-bills and e-billing
  • Supporting client and matter administration, ensuring data is kept up to date
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and events, including client hospitality
  • Managing communications and providing a professional first point of contact
  • Assisting with new business intake processes and general team administration

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail oriented candidates who can thrive in a team environment. You will have:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English (grades A–C / 9–4)
  • At least 18 months’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and strong proofreading ability
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
