The role offers a hybrid work model starting fully home-based, transitioning once the office is refurbished. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 600 units, overseeing budgets, health and safety, and ensuring client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of Property Management experience and are ATPI qualified.
Salary is competitive, reaching up to £50k, alongside generous holiday entitlements including a Christmas shutdown.
